SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

SAN JUAN ISLANDS NWR POLLINATOR MONITORING

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for market research purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quotation, or invitation for bid. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources capable of providing pollinator monitoring services for the San Juan Islands National Wildlife Refuge.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking information from qualified firms with the capability and experience necessary to perform pollinator monitoring services at the San Juan Islands National Wildlife Refuge. The Government is conducting market research to determine whether there are responsible sources other than the incumbent contractor capable of meeting the agency's requirements.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, with a corresponding size standard of $19 million. The associated Product Service Code (PSC) is B520, Special Studies/Analysis – Grazing/Range.

Interested firms shall submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the required services. Capability statements should include:

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, award a contract, or otherwise pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
