VA Response: An air-cooled type condensing unit is required. Question: 2 - Condensing Unit Location: Can you find out where the condensing units are located and I need to know the total horizontal and vertical feet of pipe too. VA Response: The condensing unit will be mounted above the ceiling on top of the cooler. The precise location will have to be determined by the contractor base on access, and position of other MEP (mechanical, electrical, piping) in the space. Question: 3 - Chamber temperature set point: Can you confirm if this is a 2-8C Cold Room. VA Response: The set point will be 2 degrees Celsius. Question: 4 - Temperature uniformity: Is this required for this type of - Lab Grade Chamber? I typically +/-2.0'C volumetric temperature uniformity in Pharma applications.
