--WANTED TO LEASE

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease a consolidated complex in the Hot Springs/Malvern, Arkansas area that includes approximately 20,321 square feet of administrative and office space, 403 square feet of unheated storage, a gravel or concrete military equipment parking area of 3,050 square yards with fencing and lighting capable of accommodating 39 wheeled or tracked vehicles, and 2,275 square yards of privately owned vehicle parking. Offers must cover the total required space within a single location. The lease term is five years, with the government retaining the right to terminate after the first year with 90 days' notice. A full-service lease arrangement is preferred to facilitate maintenance and operational needs. Interested parties are invited to respond by March 8, 2002, and should provide site plans, current floor plans reflecting the "as-is" condition, and contact information including address and phone number.
