Warehouse space

The General Services Administration currently occupies 7,360 rentable square feet of warehouse space spaces in the Boothwyn, PA. The Government intends on exercising a five year renewal option at this location. However, the Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all the security; space and parking requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include the costs of: all tenant improvements; the physical move; move coordination; telecommunication costs; security, costs. etc. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed. Delineated area: Space must be in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, along the Interstate 95 corridor, within two miles driving distance of the highway between the Delaware border through Exit 9 (PA Rte 420), or along the Interstate 476 corridor, within two miles driving distance of the highway between the 1-95 Interchange through Exit 5 (US Rte 1), within equally easy-on/easy-off access. Space cannot be near petrochemical facilities or other potential high risk facilities. Lease Term: The lease term will be for five years with partial termination rights. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Expressions of interest shall be submitted within 10 days and must include: 1) Building name and address; floor (s) offered; 2) Rentable square feet; rentable rate per square feet 3) Location of parking spaces; parking rate This is not a solicitation for offer, nor a request for proposals.
