Galena Park Independent School District (“GPISD” or “the “District”) is soliciting proposals for RFP 25-012 Warehouse Supplies. Details are more fully set out in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The submission deadline will be Thursday, April 24, 2025 @2:00PM CST. Suppliers offering alternate products MUST send a sample of the product to the address listed below to be considered for an award. Galena Park ISD prefers responses to be submitted online via our electronic system. Submissions may be submitted manually. Manual submissions must be delivered to the Procurement Office, in a sealed envelope to the address listed below by the close date and time stated in this bid event. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. Only one format is needed. Manual submission shall consist of one (1) original hard copy and one (1) electronic flash drive.
