About FCC FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture and food lender, with a healthy loan portfolio of more than $47 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and food. We provide flexible financing, AgExpert management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and food industry. As a Crown corporation, we provide an appropriate return to our shareholder, and reinvest our profits back into the industry and communities we serve. For more information, visit fcc.ca RFP Scope: FCC continues to require the storage and shipment services that are currently being provided. We would like to find one Proponent to meet all the needs that we have, however we are open to multiple Proponents, in regards to: • Storage of all marketing and promotional items and material including envelopes and biohazard kits. • Storage of additional items such as moving bins, seasonal items etc. • Ability to ship all requested items as needed. • Ability to handle all mailouts as requested. • Ability to assemble all kits as required and requested. • Software or program in place to ensure privacy is protected for all mailouts. • Envelope supplier. Located in downtown Regina, FCC’s Corporate Office requires substantial warehouse space to store the following items that include but are not limited to; • Printed and promotional items • Moving bins • Seasonal items • Tradeshow display items. FCC’s corporate office mail room is not able to accommodate or store multiple pallets of merchandise and promotional materials shipped from vendors across Canada. FCC requires warehouse space where larger shipments may be received and stored. Some promotional items shipped to FCC exceed the weight limit of what can be moved by employees in the FCC mail room – these items are also stored and shipped from the Proponent. Through an internal, online shopping site, the Proponent receives orders for the items stored at the warehouse and then repackages, ships, and distributes these items to FCC employees located at field offices (100+) across Canada. The Proponent must be able to manage and track inventory utilising FCC’s online shopping site; Shopify. Select FCC employees will require access to this space for quarterly inventory verification and for other business needs that may arise. As required, the Proponent provides assembly services for various promotional kits. These vary from biohazard kits to various printed and clothing items. FCC also has large mailouts that cannot be accommodated in the onsite mail room. These requests are sent to the Proponent who has the capability to quickly process larger mailouts. RFP Schedule: • RFP issue date: April 12, 2023 • Vendor questions accepted until: April 24, 2023 at 2:00PM* • RFP closing date and time: May 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM * *Note: All times are CST, Saskatchewan RFP Process Considerations: Vendors should note that: • This opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope and may cancel the RFP at any time. • FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract. Requesting the RFP Document: Capable vendors who are interested in receiving a copy of the RFP document are to contact: Ronke Niagwan (she/her/elle) Procurement and Vendor Manager Farm Credit Canada procurement@fcc.ca Note: Vendors do not receive the RFP document by registering for the list of interested suppliers (“LIS”) on buyandsell.ca. Vendors must request the RFP document through FCC’s designated RFP contact.
