Bids are sought for Internet service. Please see the RFP and required worksheet. Questions should be submitted to the URL given in the RFP rather than to a Technical Contact. Questions and Answers will be uploaded in the RFP section of this 470 in EPC. Proposals that are auto-generated without addressing the need presented in the RFP or are a catalog of options will be disqualified.
Requested services (2 line items): - Category 1 — Data Transmission And/Or Internet Access — Internet Access And Data Transmission Service
State/local procurement requirements: Bidders must comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price per FCC rules. All fees and taxes must be included in the quote. Charges ineligible for E-rate funding must be broken out. The applicant may consider multi-year and / or contracts with voluntary extensions. Any voluntary contract extension must be identified within the awarded contract and must be of specified duration. Contracts must have flexible terms to allow for increased / decreased needs over the life of the contract. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may disqualify the bid. Contracts are contingent upon E-rate funding.
