Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) intends to solicit and award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Warren Pumps, LLC 82 Bridges Ave, Warren, MA 01083, Cage Code 63857, NAICS Code 336611, FSC Code J998, DUNS 137472721, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13, for the supply and delivery of the following items: Qty. (2) Mechanical Sleeve (to include gland and auxiliary packing). Part# 2534CRAN-SP-00177 Qty. (4) Shaft Sleeve Part# 659B0814J028A. Warren Pumps, LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the two parts required for the ship's existing Steam Turbine Main Feed Pumps (MFPs) (AUX Machinery Rooms 1 and 2). The parts required must be Warren Pumps as the parts are direct replacements for the MFP's currently installed onboard. No other supplies or services will satisfy the Government's requirement. The items that are required, is a direct replacement part/component for the existing equipment. The material provided must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit, function) with existing systems present installed. This synopsis is published for informational purposes and does not constitute a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a written response to james.dewberry@navy.mil no later than 7 days after the date of the publication of this notice. The written response shall reference RFP# N50054-17-R-0019 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
