Description COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - Warrior Pak Tactical Survey Power Kits I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. II. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for Warrior Pak Tactical Survey Power Kits. LAT Enterprises, Inc. P.O. Box 91207, Raleigh, NC 27675 has been identified as the only source that can satisfy the agency's needs. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. III. This solicitation, RFQ Ref. # F3BTS83213AG04 is issued as a request for quotation. IV. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69 dated 01 August 2013 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20130808 effective 08 August 2013. V. Due to the overseas location of this solicitation, no set-aside will be used.
