Delivery is required within 79 days after award to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, under FOB Origin terms, with the need ship date set for August 8, 2026, and final delivery due by November 7, 2026. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced via RA001, and include mandatory adherence to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 for sampling, with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified. Attributes are to be classified as critical, major, or minor with corresponding verification levels or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Packaging and marking must comply with RP001 and MIL-STD-129, including barcoding standards and preservation methods, with government identification left intact on non-accepted items per RQ011. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, with the government retaining authority to verify conformance. Contractors must affirm UEI and CAGE codes, certify small business or socioeconomic status if applicable, and disclose any covered defense telecommunications equipment. The contract mandates use of WAWF for invoicing, and includes clauses for trafficking prevention, employment eligibility verification, sustainable products, hazardous material identification, cyber incident reporting, and prohibitions on covered telecommunications equipment. All submissions must be electronically filed through DIBBS by May 20, 2026, under the DLA Automated Simplified Acquisition framework.
