Washroom Hygiene Services

The Education Authority is seeking a single provider for Washroom Hygiene Services under solicitation 2026/S 000-101737. The contract is designed as a single lot to ensure operational efficiency and consistent service delivery, with an estimated total value of 2,183,390 GBP excluding VAT. The primary period of performance is estimated from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2032, covering a five-year term with an option to extend for up to an additional 24 months. The scope of work includes the provision of air fresheners and dispensers, general hygiene services, cleaning and sanitation, and the disposal of non-hazardous refuse and waste. The award will be determined through an open procedure based on a weighted evaluation: 70% for price, 20% for delivery of service quality, and 10% for social value. Tenders must be submitted in English via the specified electronic portal by November 26, 2026, at 3:00pm. The contract allows for additional purchases during its validity and includes provisions for modifications based on cost fluctuations in labor, equipment, and insurance, as well as unforeseen events such as the amalgamation of schools.
