This Request For Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Corporation of the City of North Battleford (The City) for the purpose of seeking a qualified team to undertake the Don Ross Centre’s Tower 2 & City Hall Washroom Renovation Project. The goal of this project is to fully update the current washroom to meet modern accessibility standards, improve aesthetics, functionality, user comfort and to enhance the overall experience for all users. The City invites any company (or teams of companies) that is interested in performing the renovation of the Don Ross Centre’s Tower 2 Washroom and City of North Battleford’s City Hall
The city will be able to host a Site Visit Any date before June 17, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This site visit is for proponents to familiarize themselves with the existing site conditions, including access points, and any logistical considerations when performing the renovation work. The site visit will provide an opportunity to clarify project requirements, ask questions and gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work. Proponents must register with the Contact for the Site Visit. Proponents must provide the names of all persons that will be participating in the site visit.
