The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The intent of this RFT is to obtain the services of a Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (“RPRA”) registered WEEE hauler, processor, refurbisher or PRO to provide the pick-up, transportation, processing and recycling of all WEEE collected by the Region. The Supplier shall supply, deliver, and service all Containers required in this Contract. The Supplier must be registered with the RPRA under O. Reg. 522/20: Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“O.Reg.522/20”).
