The U.S. Department of State, through the Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt, is seeking to establish a single-award, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for waste management services at the U.S. Embassy in London, with a six-year term structured as five consecutive 12-month ordering periods.
