The Successful Proposer (“Contractor”) shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide full waste management services to assist California State University San Marcos exceed State mandate AB 341 and AB 1826, and divert waste collected on campus by Contractor from the landfill. This includes, but is not limited to the removal and proper disposal of trash, recyclables and organics placed in Contractor’s Units at the Locations, provide scheduled waste audits, consultation, and aid with CSUSM awareness programs.
