Bids received after this time will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted on the basis of a stipulated sum. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any reason or reasons whatsoever. On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., RHA will conduct a pre-bid conference at the Reading Housing Authority 400 Hancock Blvd,Reading, PA, 19611. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference and schedule a site visit. Copies of bidding documents are available to qualified contractors at pennbid.net.
