This is a simplified acquisition. This notice serves as both a synopsis of the requirement and public notice of the USCG's intent to sole source. This action is being taken in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
