This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to obtain the following information:



(1) The availability and capability of qualified sources;


(2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 221310- Water Supply and Irrigation Systems with a small business size standard of $41 Million.



Requirement Description:


On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for Waste Water Treatment Services at the Edgemont U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania 19073 (Facility PA022). Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation and technical guidance to operate, maintain, test and provide required reports for the waste water treatment, drip irrigation & industrial wastewater holding tank at the Edgemont U.S. Army Reserve Center, 2101 South Delchester Road, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania 19073. Review attached DRAFT Scope of Work for additional requirements information. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
