Wastewater SCADA System HMI Replacement

GMD is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified system integrator contractors for the upgrade of its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Human Machine Interface (HMI) system. The upgrade aims to improve operational efficiency, system reliability and user experience of the SCADA systems at both facilities. This RFP outlines the scope of work, proposal requirements and evaluation criteria for a replacement SCADA HMI System at the Wilson Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility, and the West Alexander Wastewater Treatment Facility. A mandatory site visit will be required at both wastewater treatment facilities prior to the deadline specified within this RFP. The purpose of the site visits is to respond to any immediate questions respondents may have about this RFP and provide the opportunity for respondents to evaluate site conditions and other considerations necessary for an accurate submittal. Proposals will not be accepted from respondents that cannot be verified as completing a site visit with a member of GMD's IT staff.
