Loysville Village Municipal Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades Entech No. 4213.008 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid program until 3:00 p.m. local time Thursday, August 29, 2024. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. This Contract is expected to be funded in part with funds provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service (RUS). The Project includes the following Work: Contract No. 2023-01 – General/Process Mechanical Contract No. 2023-02 – HVAC/Plumbing Contract No. 2023-03 – Electrical/SCADA Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bidding documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Loysville Community Club, 1204 Montour Road, Loysville, PA 17047. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
