Scope: The City of Ontario is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Water Deionization (Purification) Services to eleven (11) Ontario Fire Stations and two (2) Ontario Police Facilities for Vehicle Wash. An estimate of 1,500 gallons of deionized water per tank to be used at each facility. The response time for any maintenance and repairs should be timely.
Notes: The vendor is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that proposal was submitted successfully. Transmission of proposals by any other means will not be accepted. Vendor shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the vendor to successfully submit a proposal shall be at the vendor’s sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids. Vendors experiencing any technical difficulties with the proposal submission process may contact PlanetBids at (818) 992-1771.
