Work also includes removal of aboveground mechanical HVAC equipment and abandoning underground ductwork with flowable fill at the Highgate Springs Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Vermont. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this service is 238910, Site Prep Contractors. The Small Business Size standard is $14 MILLION. The solicitation will be released on or about January 24, 2012, with bid due date on or about February 23, 2012.
