ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority (JCWSA) 70 Authority Ave. Jefferson, GA 30549 Sealed BIDS for the construction of the WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS - HWY 129 LOOP including approximately 9,063 lineal feet of 24-inch Class 350 Ductile Iron water main, 190 lineal feet of 30-inch steel casing and 9 Fire Hydrants, in Jackson County Georgia, will be received by The Authority Engineer until 3:30 p.m., (Eastern Time) September 30, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority (JCWSA) Conference Room at 70 Authority Ave., Jefferson, GA 30549. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location: Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority 70 Authority Ave., Jefferson, GA 30549 A pre-bid conference (attendance is not mandatory) will begin at the JCWSA office at 10:00 a.m. Time) on September 9, 2026. (Eastern Time) Hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS can be obtained from JCWSA, (706) 367-1741, ext. 307 upon non refundable payment of $300. Electronic copies of the contract documents will be made available for $25. All bidders must purchase contract documents from JCWSA.
