Water Management Plan, Testing, and Remediation Services

Bid #26VS0017: The contractor will develop and implement a comprehensive Water Management Plan for the Veterans Home in Ventura to limit Legionella and other waterborne pathogens. This includes creating flow diagrams, conducting risk assessments, performing quarterly water sampling and testing at specified locations, and providing rapid remediation services (e.g., system flushing, hyperchlorination) in response to positive test results. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, licenses, and expertise, and must coordinate all activities with Home staff. The scope also includes training staff on sample collection, providing detailed reports, and being available for emergency sampling.
