Full Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, hoses, gauges, test equipment, hearing protection, eye protection (including prescription safety glasses), materials, supplies and parts, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to travel to Hanscom Air Force Base (“HAFB”), MA, to inspect, test, and calibrate eighteen (18) water meters: twelve (12) meters on HAFB, two (2) meters in Massport tarmac area, two (2) meters at FamCamp, one (1) at the Water Treatment Facility at FamCamp, and one (1) meter on Wood Street, Bedford MA. (Precise locations will be provided at the time of scheduled service.) The contractor shall provide a field test report for each water meter tested within seven (7) days of testing. All services and parts provided under this contract must comply with the terms and conditions herein, the manufacturer’s equipment specifications, and this Performance Work Statement (“PWS”). The contractor’s geographical proximity to the Civil Engineering Headquarters located on HAFB shall be within sixty (60) miles.
All questions due to POC by April 25, 2026 by 1pm and all answers will be posted by April 30, 2026.
