Sealed bids will be received no later than November 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time) at Arcade City Hall, 3325 Athens Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549. Bids received after the deadline or delivered to any location other than City Hall will not be considered. Immediately following the deadline, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Work consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction of approximately 19,000 linear feet of 10¿ PVC effluent force main and all related appurtenances. Bid Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Arcade, 3325 Athens Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549 (Owner) and PeoplesQuigley | DCCM, 6059 Boylston Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30328 (Engineer). Copies may be obtained by contacting PeoplesQuigley | DCCM at +1 (555) 000-0000. A non-refundable fee of $200.00 per set is required.
