Water System Valve Exercising and ArcGIS Data Collection

This subcontract for the City of Albany, Georgia, involves the location, cleaning, and exercising of approximately 5,500 water system valves ranging from 6 to 24 inches. All work must be performed according to AWWA standards, with the contractor responsible for cleaning valve boxes and utilizing torque-measuring tools to ensure proper functionality. A critical component of the project is the collection and upload of real-time torque and depth telemetry data directly into the City's ArcGIS mobile application. To be eligible, the contractor must hold a valid Georgia state license and provide comprehensive ArcGIS data reports upon the delivery of the exercised valves.
