- Repainting Exterior: Pressure washing, surface prep (Surface Preparation Standards #2 & #3 Hand or power tool cleaning removes loose rust, paint, and mill scale), primer and polyurethane finish.
- Repainting Interior: Tank draining (by others), abrasive blasting to (Surface Preparation Standards #10 Near-White Metal), epoxy prime/finish coats, weld/ladders stripe coat, debris disposal.
- Ladder Repair: Remove old ladder, install new 10-ft steel ladder with welded standoff brackets, paint per interior spec.
- Work will take place in the following county in Florida: Alachua
- Period of Performance is 30 days after notice to proceed is issued.
