Full Description
Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 6-B187-P-00147-00 based on Argonne Statement of Work for “Water Treatment Chemicals & Services Contract (BPA)” dated April 21, 2026.
Proposals are only eligable if the vendor meets the below location criteria:
- The Contractor is required to have an in-house professional staff of degreed engineers, biologists, metallurgists, which includes Licensed Water Treatment and support personnel to complete the effort indicated in the Statement of Work, which includes a staffed Research and Development Laboratory with an ISO 17025:2017 certification.
- The Contractor is to be a full scope water treating contractor with a global presence and the capability to provide knowledge of design and operations for water treatment plants, cooling towers, central chilled water-cooling plants and well versed in the various aquatic life and pathogens that can occur in water and be harmful and their treatment and prevention.
- The Contractor is to have been in existence for over 20 years and have experience in dealing with organizations in the comparative size and complexity as Argonne National Laboratory along with having experience within the U.S. Department of Energy National Laboratories system.
- The Contractor must have the technical knowledge and ability to communicate with the scientific community at the highest level of world class research and development.
