Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Preventative Maintenance Services for Water Treatment of HVAC Mechanical and Compound Potable Water Systems. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and e-mail it to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov .
Deadline for questions: noon local time on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing and in English exclusively to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. Answers will be posted on SAM.gov where the solicitation is publicized. It is your responsibility to monitor the web page for any new information which may be posted until the solicitation response date.
Deadline for submission of quotes: noon local time on Monday, August 17, 2026. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov, indicating the solicitation number: 19MJ1926Q0005. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
