The U.S. Embassy Podgorica, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotes for preventative maintenance services for HVAC and potable water treatment systems at its facility in Podgorica, Montenegro, under solicitation number 19MJ1926Q0003. The contract, classified under NAICS code 221310, is unrestricted and follows a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis for award, where the lowest-priced offeror meeting all technical and responsibility requirements will be selected without further negotiations unless necessary.
