Waterfront Park Phase IV-B Construction Management & Owner's Representative Services

The City of Louisville, through the Kentucky Waterfront Development Corporation, is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive Construction Management and Owner’s Representative services for Waterfront Park Phase IV-B. The selected firm will be responsible for guiding the project through all phases, including pre-construction planning, design development, permitting coordination, procurement, construction oversight, grant compliance, and final closeout, ensuring alignment with the City’s goals and standards. The firm must demonstrate proven experience in managing large-scale public park developments and possess the capability to serve as a trusted advisor to the Owner throughout the project lifecycle.
