DLA Weapon Support (Richmond) intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5.



Description of requirements: Waterjet cutting system in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 26-35-1001. Performance period/completion 180 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection at Origin, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The complete technical data package VIBB 26-35-1001 including Waterjet, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tag(s), Shipping, Rigging, Installation of equipment, and an installation of a half wall partition will be included as a part of the solicitation.



Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition procedures. 



The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.


THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. RFQ SPE4A8-26-Q-0035 is anticipated to be issued on or around 22 May 2026. A copy of the written solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations.
