BEP WCF AT&T WIRELESS ENHANCEMENT SERVICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to AT&T Mobility, located at 675 West Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308. The contract will be for the enhancement of wireless service coverage in five key areas of the Western Currency Facility to support completion of the distributed antenna system project. This service will be provided at BEP Western Currency Facility (DCF) located at 9000 Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76131. AT&T Mobility is identified as the sole source for installing and integrating their proprietary system located at the BEP WCF. This firm is the only source identified to provide this service for the BEP WCF. Companies believing they can provide enhancement to AT&T wireless service for AT&T systems and equipment are asked to provide written notification within 5 days of the posting date of this notice to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within the due date of the special notice will be considered for future requirements for the Government. The due date and time for responses is Tuesday, 22 May 2018 at 4:00PM ET. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement on future requirements. Responses shall be emailed to the Government point of contact below. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number and Tax Identification Number. Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 334220. This notice may represent the only official notice of this requirement.
