Weapon Storage Unit

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2R3L19175A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. CLIN 0001: One (1) each weapons storage unit: The exterior, walls, roof and floor must be 16 gauge metal. Floor covering will be vinyl tile floors and interior finish will be textured drywall. The minimum and maximum size is 10' x 30' x 8'. 125 Amp breaker and 110 volt wall outlets are required. Must be a neutral color. A steel exterior door with a three point locking system and hydraulic door is also required. Florescent lighting is required inside. An advantor alarm system is required to be compatible with our existing system. The system must have access contact and intrusion detection. An HVAC system is not required. The unit must meet AFI 31-101 specifications/standards. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 332311 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
