Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for weapon accessories as referenced in the ATTACHMENT 2: "Description of Items and Quantities." The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order to the offeror that can provide the best-value. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are listed in Attachment 1. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. Award will be based on technically acceptable/price reasonable - for an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the required items included in the attachment "Description of Items and Quantities," and include any/all discounts that can be afforded the government. The offeror's delivery lead-time will also be evaluated. The offeror shall provide ALL OR NONE in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to contact@example.gov. The deadline for questions is January 10, 2014 at 2 PM EST. Answers to the questions will be posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation. The deadline quotes submission is due no later than January 13, 2014 at 12:00 PM EST.
