Web & Creative Design Services for Communications and Community Engagement Office

The City of Cambridge is seeking a partner agency to provide Web and Creative Design Services for the Communications and Community Engagement Office under solicitation COC-IFB-FY27-31200. The objective is to expand the city's capacity in UI/UX, animation, graphic design, and marketing to improve public communication and unify design elements. Key deliverables include print collateral, illustration library expansion, web and microsite development using Sitecore 9.1.1 or later, and the assignment of a dedicated project manager. All web services must comply with the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and the city will retain ownership of all source code and design materials. This is a firm-fixed-price contract awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a base year and two optional one-year renewals.
