Full Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only, and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall neither commitment the Government to issue a solicitation nor restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This RFI is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing Web-based discovery management software in support of the USACE mission as a document review platform. The desired software is a discovery management system intended for use by teams of attorneys and paralegals to collaboratively review, redact, annotate, tag and produce documents to other parties in the form of industry standard load files. The desired system must provide for, see attachment. This potential requirement will be awarded as a standalone contract vehicle. All interested parties shall submit a capability statement to identify your business size (large or small) in relation to this NAICS code and business status. In the event the potential vendor is a small business, small businesses are advised that FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, would apply wherein at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. In addition, all expenses related to this RFI shall be at contractor expense.
