Address: York University Procurement Services 4700 Keele Street Toronto, Ontario Canada, M3J 1P3 Description: The University websites, including design and content, use University templates that are end-user-centric, visually appealing, engaging, in plain language, have a unified look and feel, and provide easy navigation throughout. York seeks to use the website as a way to actively inform target audiences including students, parents, community and partners. It should provide a friendly environment which emphasizes access to prospects, parents, the general public, and community. The objectives of this RFP are to: Create a roster of agencies and individuals with the appropriate specialized expertise in web development, design, and maintenance; and Select agencies and individuals, that will work effectively with university units and within University processes to produce compelling, consistent and integrated web communications. Agencies will be provided institutional guidelines and need to ensure they are fully aware of the University processes and can advise clients if required. In addition, York reserves the right to determine the number of Proponents Selected. York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified. Procurement Method: Open tender whereby all interested Proponents may submit a Proposal. Estimated Quantities: Available within the RFP Documents. Delivery Date: Service implemented by a tentative date of March 1, 2026 Duration of Agreement: The initial term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months. Negotiation: York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
