This is designated as a first-time buy with a delivery requirement of 178 days after receipt of order, shipping F.O.B. Origin to the DLA Distribution New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The procurement is not a small business set-aside and requires adherence to technical drawing 53711 8203765 Revision H. Additionally, the contract mandates Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 and compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information. Packaging and marking must strictly follow MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, with palletization adhering to DLA requirement RP001. Hazardous materials must be labeled per the Hazard Communication Standard. Invoicing and payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
