A fully designed and developed SLEP website with a focus on industrial investment attraction, site selection, and business services that incorporates essential technology tools such as workforce/talent attraction tools, integration of currently contracted GIS site selector mapping and data tools, and business retention & expansion and tourism via layered data. This site will also host SLEP's business directory and require integration with a multi-lingual translation service. A separate but linked Small Business Enterprise Centre website will also be created alongside the main SLEP website with a focus on a local SME audience. This website will also integrate technology tools, like an event calendar to keep the community up to date on business-building events. An example of an economic development website with a separate, but related small business enterprise centre website is that of Invest Windsor Essexhttps://www.investwindsoressex.com/the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centrehttps://www.webusinesscentre.com/Both sites should be copywritten in collaboration with SLEP staff using active voice and telling the SLEP and SBEC key messaging in a compelling way to engage meaningfully with the target audiences and direct them to fulfill the suggested calls to action. These sites will have a completion date of December 20, 2024, with the sites ready to go live by this date. Drafts will be required to be ready for review and editing well in advance of this date. The budget and proposal must include all design, development, production, software acquisition, integration, and necessary development and maintenance of the website.
