3 Fork lifts - up to 6000 # capacity JLG man lift - 500# capacity SCOPE OF WORK: * Provide inspection/load testing services for the material handling equipment listed above, which is located at the Atlantic Beach facility * USCG will make the equipment available for testing. Coordinate an A.M. and P.M. schedule. * Functional inspection and operation evaluation of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic components * Visual inspection of hydraulic, air control, lubrication systems, and hinge, pivot, axle pins, also clutches, brakes, fluid levels * Produce written operation controls inspection reports * Complete mechanical and electrical inspection of all hoists, safety devices, swing systems, boom sections and carrier/cab * Complete wire rope inspection * Full functional no load operational test and load test * Full written report listing recommendations/deficiencies * Reports/Certification decals All work performed must be in compliance with the current applicable Federal Safety standards (OSHA).
