Well C-4 Rehab, Pre & Post Video Survey, Brush & Bail, And Reinstallation

The City of Banning is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of Well C-4 located at 5400 W. Wilson Street, Banning, California, under Invitation for Bids IFB-26-135, with a response deadline of August 31, 2026. The scope of work involves complete removal of the existing pump, column, tube, shaft, and motor for transport to a shop where they will be teared down and inspected, followed by 36 or more hours of brushing and bailing to remove debris, chemical treatment, pre- and post-rehab video logging, and reinstallation of rebuilt or new components including a new head shaft, column, tube assembly, pump, and motor.
