E-Rate Proposal for Wide Area Network (WAN) and Internet Access Services NOTICE TO BIDDERS WEST FELICIANA PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT, aka "District," seeks leased lit fiber and dark fiber proposals for WIDE AREA NETWORK connectivity and INTERNET ACCESS to 6 eligible entities listed on Page 22. The data center is located at the WEST FELICIANA PARISH HIGH SCHOOL, and all services terminate at this location currently. The current network is a point-to-point 1 Gbps fiber WAN circuit between the school board office and West Feliciana High School. All sites share 5 Gbps of Internet Access. (See Page 21). Sealed proposals must be sent by certified mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or hand-delivered to WEST FELICIANA PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT, or proposals may be uploaded at http://centralauctionhouse.com (Please check the Central Auction House website in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site(s). The District is not responsible for delays in uploading. Proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified.
