Westlaw Subscription

Description: Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 for Westlaw software subscriptions. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government believes Westlaw is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements. The Government is contracting for a subscription for the above listed software from which Westlaw is the only known authorized U.S. territorial seller. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. However, any firm that believes that it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511199 All Other Publishers size standard of 500.
