In accordance with the Contract Documents (Volumes 1 through 6) prepared by DCCM and Nexgen Utility Management, the work (“Work”) includes furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment, incidentals and services for the construction and completion of the Wheatland Regional Sewer Pipeline (“Project”). The Project includes but is not limited to construction of a 7.7-mile pipeline, two pump stations, horizontal directional drilling, demolition and replacement of an existing pump station, electrical controls, culvert replacement, site restoration, start-up and testing, and all other additional and various items of work as needed to construct a complete and operational project as specified in these Contract Documents.
