This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested.
This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the DAF Contracting Compass.
In order to be considered for award, offerors shall return a copy of this solicitation with all representations filled in. Offerors may elect to use their representations in SAM.gov to fill this requirement.
Offers shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 5 pages.


The Government has a requirement for the purchase, installation, and operator training of commercial Parts Cleaning Systems to support various maintenance, logistics, and support units at the installation.


The Contractor shall be required to deliver, physically install, and provide operator training for the equipment across multiple units as the base requirement, to include the Maintenance Group (MXG), Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), and Force Support Squadron (FSS). The equipment and services must meet all specifications outlined in the Statement of Need (SON). This acquisition is being competed under Full and Open Competition.


For full details regarding the scope of work, technical specifications, installation/power requirements, and delivery schedules, please refer to the attached Statement of Need (SON) dated 3 June 2026.
