07/15/2026 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a question and answer document and to provide a corrected statement of work.


Description – This Contract is for the maintenance of and emergency service to the
Clivus composting waste treatment and greywater systems at USFS, 71 White Mountain
Drive, Campton, NH. Base year and 4 option years. See Attachment 1.



This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued.  


Solicitation number 12444326Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for White Mountain Composting Toilet Service.  


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562998 .  The small business size standard is 16.5  This acquisition is a Total  Small Business Set-Aside .  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
