Whole Genome Sequencing

Solicitation 1305M326Q0512 is a firm-fixed-price requirement for whole genome sequencing services to support the National Marine Fisheries Service Southwest Fisheries Science Center. This total small business set-aside involves the creation of Illumina adapter-labeled libraries and the generation of raw sequencing data for 500 samples, with a minimum requirement of 30 gigabases of data per sample delivered as FASTQ files. The contract structure includes a base year requiring 15 terabases of raw sequencing data and three subsequent option years requiring 9 terabases each, with a total period of performance extending through September 29, 2030.
