The RFP supports EBMUD’s relicensing of the Lower Mokelumne River Hydroelectric Project and includes technical studies addressing wildlife, botanical resources, special-status amphibians, and aquatic reptiles. The work includes implementation of the Wildlife Resources Study Plan (TERR-1), Botanical Resources Study Plan (TERR-2), and Special Status Amphibians and Aquatic Reptiles Study Plan (FA-4), along with GIS/data management, technical reporting, and potential relicensing support. As part of our good faith effort, we request your assistance in posting and distributing this opportunity to qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, minority-owned, women-owned, small-business, disabled-veteran-owned, labor-surplus-area, and other qualified firms that may be interested in providing subconsulting services.
